UPREP is a youth development organization building an environment where young people are prepared for more than their next grade, next game or next opportunity. We combine mentorship, leadership, career exploration, real-world experience and athletics to help prepare students for college, career and life.
WHY WE EXIST..
Preparation should not have limitations.
Young people are often asked what they want to become without being given enough opportunities to discover the answer. UPREP exists to help close that gap through mentorship, experiences, accountability, and opportunities that help young people discover who they are, what they're capable of and where they want to go.

UPREP brings together programs that develop different parts of the student experience while working toward the same goal: preparing young people for what comes next.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
College Prep. Life Prep.
At UPREP, College Prep + Life Prep grew from what we have learned through working with young people. Students are often asked what they want to do after high school, but preparing them for the future requires more than simply helping them choose a college or career.
We believe students should be academically prepared to pursue higher education, including opportunities for dual enrollment and college credit. But preparation cannot stop in the classroom.
Students also need opportunities to explore careers, understand money, develop professional skills, experience the workplace, build leadership, learn how businesses operate, and discover their own strengths and interests.
That is why our model intentionally brings College Prep and Life Prep together.
We aren't preparing students for one path. We're preparing them to be READY for what's next.
