At University Prep Academy, we believe becoming a man is not just about age — it’s about responsibility, leadership, and integrity. Our in-house mentorship program "Coaching Boys to Men" is designed to guide young men through the challenges of adolescence with the support of coaches, teachers, and community mentors who model strength, wisdom, and compassion.

Program Goals

  • Character Development → Instill values of respect, accountability, and perseverance.

  • Leadership Training → Equip young men to lead on the court, in the classroom, and in the community.

  • Life Skills → Teach financial literacy, communication, time management, and conflict resolution.

  • Brotherhood → Build a culture of support, accountability, and unity among young men.
